Open 'Control Panel' and click 'Uninstall a Program'
Right click 'theme name' and click 'Uninstall'
Then 'Restart' your computer.
Click 'Computer' and go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\
and delete 'theme name'
For example: delete 'Spirit' folder and 'Spirit.theme'
