my windows still on default theme like:
windows explorer title bars (NOT CHANGED)
windows title bar buttons (close buttons etc.) (NOT CHANGED)
process flow still windows 10 (NOT CHANGED)

please tell me how can I install this theme completely
I follow Instructions 6 times and still got same results :(

my windows version is windows 10 Creators update 1703
